On Thursday Cramer said the big story today is not the big bonus scandal at AIG (AIG) but rather that oil is above $50 a barrel. Cramer recommended both BP (BP) and subsidiary BP Prudhoe Bay Royalty Trust (BPT) as ways to play the rise in oil prices.
